It said I had to download Empower Central as well, so I did.
Then is said I have to Install a Theme before I can use the software. So I tried. Clicking that brings us to the Empower website, where we’re supposed to click on the iPhone Bubble Theme.
But when I try that, I get this message (and I have for the last 2 days).:
Temporarily Unavailable The page you have requested is temporarily unavailable. We are doing a site reorganization, and will be back soon.

App looks cool, but I can’t get it to work.
